When a new player joins the league they have to have an established handicap. It can be from another NAPA league, another ntional league (we can convert to NAPA handicap), as assessment from other players or captain. But what if that player has never played league and no one has seen them shoot? How can you assess their ability to establish a NAPA handicap?
Use the assessment guide below to get a ball park idea of where they, or you, should be rated. Realize this is just a ball park and can be adjusted if you get more input from other players. This is a good start for anyone to determine what NAPA handicap the new player should be brought in. You can fill in the form below and send directly to the League Operator.
