Trouble shooting guide and FAQ’s


If you cannot find napaplay in google search

• Put in internet address and not google search.  Put in www.napaplay.com not napaplay.

If you can’t sign in:
• Player Center

o You may be using the wrong Div ID for your league
o You may be using the wrong NAPA ID.  It should be YOUR ID
• Scorekeeper

o Someone else is logged in as score keeper.  Only ONE person can use this in a match.
o You may be using the wrong Div ID for your league
o You may be using the wrong NAPA ID.  It MUST be one of the captain’s ID.

If your phone battery dies do you lose all the data?

• No.  Just use someone else’s phone and sign in.  Your matches will be there.

Can I use Napaplay on makeup matches?

• Yes
.  Choose NO for current week (default is YES).  Then chooe the date that you are making up.

When I double click wins etc, it gives more than one win.

• Do NOT double click.  Only click the wins once after a match.  Clicking the game box gives a win so you really don’t have to click the wins box.

I can’t add a new player.

• You will not be able to add another player after the 5th week of league.

I can’t do timeouts on the loser of the lag.

• The timeouts can be accessed ONLY by clicking the winner of the lag.  Both players show up.

I want to relay a message to NAPA but don’t know how.

• While in the scorekeeper portion you can click on Send Message and it will go to NAPA.  Use this for NAPA only.  NOT to the League Operator.
